Proper Storage

Storage: Do not freeze your coffee! Freezing your coffee will crystalize the oils, causing irreparable damage to the flavor. Instead, keep it in an air-tight container, preferably whole-bean. Coffee should be used within 2 weeks of purchase date for ultimate freshness.

Grinding: Grind just enough coffee for each use. This will ensure a fresh flavor every time. Use a burr grinder (rather than a blade grinder). Burr grinders achieve a more consistent granule size, and are easily adjustable for various brewing methods.
